Job summary

The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore is seeking a product-focused leader to drive the end-to-end product development cycle, from concept to delivery to end users.

You will define the product strategy, lead technical discussions with engineering teams, and manage stakeholder expectations across government and partner groups. This role emphasizes building scalable, cloud-enabled solutions with strong analytics capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong background in CS/Engineering/IT or related discipline.
• Minimal 3 years business analyst experience in software projects.
• Minimal 2 years in Agile environment and Cloud platform.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder discussion skills.
• Collaborative across teams and with business stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of web, mobile and cloud technologies; Confluence/JIRA experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical product roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering to define technical requirements and architecture.
• Write detailed technical specs and user stories; prioritize backlog.
• Bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders; communicate complex concepts.
• Define and track KPIs; use data to drive product decisions and monitor performance.
