Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited is hiring a Manager, Property Management to oversee day-to-day operations of our properties in Singapore. The role leads site staff, coordinates with departments, and develops strategies for efficient property management.

Candidates should hold a degree/diploma in engineering with related real estate experience, and be proficient in MS Office. Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certifications are preferred; minimum 6 years of relevant work experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) preferred, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.
• Fire Safety Manager and SCEM certification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in related field.
• Good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Good interpersonal, communication and written skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of our properties.
• Lead and supervise a team of site staff in the management and maintenance of our properties.
• Collaborate with other departments to support business needs and plans.
• Review, formulate and develop strategies to ensure optimal and effective management of our properties.
• Carry out budget planning and monitoring, and manage cost control measures.
• Identify manpower resource allocation to meet business needs.
• Drive company culture and initiatives to the site team.
• Ensure the contractors / vendors complete repair and maintenance work as per contract requirements.
