CBRE Pte Ltd is seeking a Property Manager to support a Centre Manager in coordinating all aspects of a property in Singapore. The role covers operations, tenant relations, rent collection, budgeting, and compliance with policies and contractual terms.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 2–5 years of building management experience, strong MS Office skills, exceptional organizational ability, and solid financial literacy to handle CAM, rent, and budget tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-5 years of building manager experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of procedures and standards to solve moderately complex problems.
• Ability to analyse solutions using experience to apply judgment and precedents.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
• Advanced math skills for percentages, fractions and financial calculations.

Aufgaben

• Confirm services comply with policies, procedures, regulations and contracts.
• Ensure regular property inspections and approve alterations and maintenance.
• Respond to escalated tenant needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and walk-through spaces and TI work.
• Collect rent and pay expenses per lease terms; prepare legal notices.
• Review and reconcile tenant rent and CAM recovery charges.
• Forecast management plans and prepare monthly performance explanations.
• Gather data for annual budget preparation.
• Apply standard principles and procedures to tasks and problems.
• Maintain broad knowledge of the job and related disciplines.
• Lead by example; align with CBRE RISE values.
• Impact the quality of own work and teammates' output.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Explain complex information clearly to others.
