PROPERTY FACILITY SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Senior Property Manager (Strata / Real Estate) to oversee a diverse portfolio, lead a dedicated team, and drive operational excellence on site.

You will ensure tenant satisfaction, financial performance, and asset enhancement through strategic planning and strong vendor relations. The role requires a degree/diploma in Building/Real Estate Management with at least 6 years’ experience, including 3 years in a managerial capacity, and

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Building/ Real Estate Management or related discipline.
Minimum 6 years of property management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in MCST work and knowledge of BMSMA is a must.
Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Heads a Property Management Sub Team and manages daily operations across a portfolio (residential, commercial, industrial).
Oversees vacancies, tenant selection, lease negotiations, renewals, and complex tenant issues.
Leads budgeting, forecasts and financial reporting to stakeholders/owners, and plans capital improvements to boost asset value.
Ensures regulatory compliance, safety procedures and ongoing sustainability initiatives.
