Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior/Centre Manager to lead a sizeable asset in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, finance, leasing, and capital projects, while guiding a team of property professionals.

Strong leadership and risk management are essential to deliver superior client service. Based on the asset size and market norms in Singapore, you’ll develop asset strategies, ensure KPI delivery, and maintain service quality for tenants and clients under an integrated facilities management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property/asset management.
• Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice to client on operational requirements of assets.
• Manage day-to-day building operations including engineering and compliance.
• Oversee lease administration and lease management.
• Manage budget preparation and forecasting; finance administration and reporting.
• Coordinate capital expenditure, tendering and major projects.
• Lead a nationally-sized team and develop staff through coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, risk management and project controls are in place.
