Job summary

Navigating a major infrastructure programme in Singapore, this role supports the Project Director in coordinating activities, supervising site operations and managing risks to achieve project objectives.

The position emphasizes collaboration with consultants, contractors and stakeholders, strong cost control, and strict adherence to safety regulations across all project phases.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (PE Board recognized).
• Experience in infrastructure projects (underpasses, ramps, cut & cover tunnels, roads, rail, airports).
• Ability to manage and coordinate project activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director in managing and coordinating overall project activities, including project management, site supervision, and risk control.
• Oversees project execution and site operations, monitoring progress to meet budgets and schedules.
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve issues.
• Implement effective cost control measures, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring schedules are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and the Workplace Safety and Health Act throughout all stages.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering accountability and excellence.
• Monitor compliance with authorities' requirements and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance.

• $8,000 - $13,000 + AWS, Bonus

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director in managing and coordinating overall project activities, including project management, site supervision, and risk control, to ensure project objectives are achieved
• Oversees project execution and site operations, monitoring progress closely to ensure timely completion within budget and project requirements
• Collaborate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and resolve project-related issues
• Implement effective cost control measures, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring adherence to project schedules
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and the latest Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act provisions throughout all stages of the project
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant authorities' requirements, regulations, and statutory obligations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant authorities' requirements and regulations, ensuring full compliance at all times

Requirements

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (certificates recognized by the PE Board)
• Has relevant experience in infrastructure projects, E.g. construction of underpasses, ramps, cut & cover tunnels, roads, rail and airport projects.
