Corestaff Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Engineer to support ongoing and upcoming civil construction projects in Singapore. The role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities to ensure project milestones are met.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Civil/Structural/Construction Engineering with at least five years of civil engineering experience and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset. Strong teamwork and communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing all construction activities.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure work progresses according to schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities on technical and site matters.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with BCA and WSH requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion within budget.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and attend site meetings.
• Mentor junior engineers and support project delivery from start to completion.
