Job summary

ENCASA ASIA EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LLP in Singapore seeks a Senior Project Engineer to lead large infrastructure initiatives and coordinate with clients, vendors and the project team to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, managing cost variations, planning schedules, conducting site inspections and mentoring junior engineers on technical matters.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in infrastructure projects (roads, rail, airports) preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience for Senior Project Engineer; fresh grads considered for Project Engineer with training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Manage and implement project activities to ensure smooth, timely completion.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager on project matters and site progress.
• Review drawings and identify discrepancies for resolution.
• Monitor and manage variations and contractual claims.
• Conduct regular project cost reviews and monitor identified cost areas.
• Plan and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct incoming inspections of materials delivered to site by suppliers.
• Coordinate site activities with subcontractors, supervisors and clients.
• Senior Project Engineer: supervise and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering

Job description

$4,500- $7,000 (AWS, Bonus & Saturday Allowance) 5-days with 2 alternate Saturdays

Reputable A1 main contractor with over 33+ years of experience, specializing in largescale infrastructure projects.
