Job summary

ENCASA Asia Employment Services LLP is seeking a Civil & Structural Engineer for a site-based infrastructure project in Singapore. You will oversee technical aspects, ensure design and engineering standards are met, and coordinate interfaces among architectural, structural, electrical and mechanical teams.

Requirements include a PE-board-recognized Bachelor's in Civil & Structural Engineering and relevant design experience in construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (Certificates must be recognized by PE Board)
• Relevant experience in design roles within the construction industry

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical aspects of infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with design and engineering standards
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
• Participate in meetings, perform site inspections to monitor work progress, and identify design errors and drawing inconsistencies
• Provide technical support and solutions to site teams and resolve design-related issues
• Coordinating interfacing design and construction works with consultants (in-house & Client’s), subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
• Liaising with the Employer’s Consultants and QSS teams to resolve technical issues
• Coordinating designs with relevant department person‑in‑charge to ensure consistency across different disciplines such as architectural, structural, electrical, and mechanical
• Oversee the design development process and address any project risks to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety standards.
• Conduct technical audits and inspections as required.

• $8,500 - $11,500 + AWS & Bonus
• A reputable A1 main contractor with 33+ years of experience, specializing in large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Site based - Infrastructure project
• 5 days with 1 Saturday per month - 8am to 5pm
