Job summary

Argyll Scott is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our technology consulting division in Singapore. You will lead a global, multi-workstream delivery programme for a major medical technology and manufacturing client, deployed across Japan, Europe, SEA and the US.

You will own the integrated master plan, manage budgets and governance, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology project or programme management.
• Hands-on planning and execution of at least one complex multi-entity transition (mergers, acquisitions, divestments).
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, distributed teams, multiple suppliers, budgets, contracts, and cutover events.

Responsibilities

• Mobilise the programme: confirm scope, governance, workstreams, roles, milestones and dependencies.
• Own the integrated master plan from discovery through build, test, activation, stabilisation and exit.
• Run delivery controls: stage gates, RAID, decisions, changes and concise executive reporting on critical path, cost and readiness.
• Coordinate application, data, identity, workplace, infrastructure, cloud, network, cybersecurity and OT workstreams, plus suppliers and business owners.
• Drive readiness: procurement, resourcing, migration waves, testing, rehearsals and business acceptance.
• Control programme finances: budget, forecast, contingency and transition cost reporting, contract changes and licence adjustments.
• Lead activation and cutover planning, rollback criteria, stabilisation and evidence-based closure of temporary service arrangements.
• Lead matrix resources and suppliers, and resolve blockers on scope, risk, cost and timetable.

Argyll Scott is hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our technology consulting division in Singapore.

We are building our consulting team and are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join us as a consultant, deployed on client missions. Your first mission is already secured: a global medical technology and manufacturing group launching a complex, multi entity technology transition programme across Japan, Europe, Southeast Asia and the US, covering around 3,000 people and 40 sites.

You will own the integrated plan and the delivery controls across multiple business and technology workstreams, reporting to the Division IT Head with a dotted line to the Head of Transformation.

What we are looking for

• 8+ years in technology project or programme management, including global multi workstream delivery.
• Essential: hands on planning and execution of at least one complex, multi entity transition (mergers, acquisitions or divestments).
• Experience managing senior stakeholders, distributed teams, multiple suppliers, budgets, contracts, cutover events and stabilisation.
• Comfortable working across global time zones and supporting rehearsals, migrations and go live weekends when required.
• PMP, PRINCE2, MSP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Medical device, manufacturing or other regulated industry experience is a plus.
