Argyll Scott is hiring a Project Manager, Loyalty Program and Platform, on a contract mission in Singapore.

You will join Argyll Scott as a contract consultant. The mission is with a global payments technology leader, helping a leading Singapore bank launch a new loyalty and rewards platform and consolidate its existing cardholder programmes.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of business-side project management in cards, loyalty, rewards or financial services
• Experience with credit or debit cards, loyalty programmes or customer engagement
• Loyalty, rewards or CRM platform implementation or transformation is a strong plus
• Confident running workshops with business and technology stakeholders
• Strong communication with senior executives
• Structured and hands-on when priorities evolve

• Manage the end to end business project plan: milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and deliverables
• Turn the loyalty strategy into clear business and functional requirements
• Support the design of the future loyalty proposition: programme structure, rewards, eligibility and redemption
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on the future programme
• Run governance: working sessions, steering updates, RAID and decision tracking
• Coordinate migration and launch plans, UAT, business and operational readiness

Argyll Scott is hiring a Project Manager, Loyalty Program and Platform, on a contract mission in Singapore.

You will join Argyll Scott as a contract consultant. The mission is with a global payments technology leader, helping a leading Singapore bank launch a new loyalty and rewards platform and consolidate its existing cardholder programmes.

This is a business-side project role, working with the bank's cards, loyalty, marketing, operations and technology teams and external partners.

What you will do

• Manage the end to end business project plan: milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions and deliverables
• Turn the loyalty strategy into clear business and functional requirements
• Support the design of the future loyalty proposition: programme structure, rewards, eligibility and redemption
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders on the future programme
