Job summary

Argyll Scott is hiring a Program Implementation Manager, Commercial Cards, on a contract mission in Singapore. You will join Argyll Scott as a contract consultant to deliver a new commercial card programme for the institutional banking arm of a leading Asian financial services group, working across the bank's business, technology and operations teams.

You will be the project manager for the whole implementation, coordinating across partner teams, end clients, and external partners to ensure

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project or programme management in a bank, financial institution or payments/cards industry.
• Hands-on experience with commercial or corporate cards, card programme implementation, or institutional banking products.
• Able to lead an implementation independently, with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong stakeholder management with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall, MS Project or similar.
• Bachelor's degree, or a diploma with PMP; PMP or equivalent is an advantage.
• Cards product managers ready to step into implementation are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of a new commercial card programme, from scoping to go live.
• Define scope, deliverables and success criteria with business, technology, operations, risk and compliance.
• Work with external partners on joint development, requirements, timelines and quality.
• Write statements of work, project plans, delivery timelines and milestone tracking.
• Keep end clients updated, advise them and resolve issues throughout the project.
• Spot bottlenecks and risks early and propose practical fixes.
• Run status reporting, governance meetings and stakeholder communications.
