Job summary

Argyll Scott is hiring an IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager (Global) to join our technology consulting division in Singapore. The role is a consultant position deployed on client missions, with the first mission already secured for a global technology and healthcare group headquartered in Japan.

You will drive group programmes across country IT teams, partnering with Enterprise Architecture and global project teams to deliver high-visibility outcomes and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with leadership across multiple countries.
• Hands-on with workplace computing: Intune, Entra ID, AD, M365.
• Strong networking, cloud, and high-availability knowledge.
• Experience delivering standards into a matrix organisation.
• Azure or AWS certification.
• Excellent communication with engineers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver group programmes into the division: SASE, Service Management and Service Desk, and End User Modernisation.
• Build an inventory of infrastructure assets across countries and put governance in place ahead of a move to ServiceNow.
• Keep cybersecurity in view on every infrastructure topic, monitor coverage and compliance, and drive remediation with country teams.
• Assess the impact of global projects on each entity and plan the rollout with local teams.
• Coordinate vendors, risks, dependencies and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Work consultatively with long serving regional teams, across worldwide time zones.

Argyll Scott is hiring an IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager (Global) to join our technology consulting division in Singapore. Candidates able to start immediately or at short notice will be prioritised, as the first mission is starting now.

We are building our consulting team and are looking for an IT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to join us as a consultant, deployed on client missions. Your first mission is already secured: a global technology and healthcare group headquartered in Japan, standardising its IT infrastructure and service operations across its entities worldwide.

You will work as the right hand of the Global Head of IT Infrastructure, driving group programmes through country IT teams that do not report to you, alongside the Enterprise Architect and global project teams.

What you will do on the first mission

• Deliver three group programmes into the division: SASE, Service Management and Service Desk, and End User Modernisation (Intune, Autopilot, Entra ID, including Active Directory consolidation)
• Build an inventory of infrastructure assets across countries and put governance in place ahead of a move to ServiceNow
• Keep cybersecurity in view on every infrastructure topic, monitor coverage and compliance, and drive remediation with country teams
• Assess the impact of global projects on each entity and plan the rollout with local teams
• Coordinate vendors, risks, dependencies and reporting to senior stakeholders
• Work consultatively with long serving regional teams, across worldwide time zones

What we are looking for

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with several years leading infrastructure delivery across multiple countries
• Hands on understanding of workplace computing: Intune, Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365
• Working knowledge of networking, cloud and high availability, enough to design, review and challenge
• Experience landing standards and programmes into country teams in a matrixed organisation
• Clear communicator, comfortable with engineers and senior stakeholders alike, and with ambiguity
• Azure or AWS certification
• ServiceNow, SASE or medical devices and manufacturing experience are a plus
