Job summary

Argyll Scott is hiring an Implementation PMO for a contract mission in Singapore, focusing on card authorisation and fraud platform rollout across APAC. You will run governance, cadence, and market readiness, partnering with bank risk teams and the vendor's delivery team.

The role requires 4+ years in business-side programme management within banking/payments/fintech, with exposure to fraud or AML programmes and regional stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of programme or project management on the business side in banking, payments or fintech.
• Exposure to fraud, AML, risk or compliance programmes in a financial institution.
• Working knowledge of card products, ideally card authorisation and fraud processes.
• Regional stakeholder management across APAC markets.
• Clear written updates and confidence with senior stakeholders.
• Consulting background or certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track the rollout of the card authorisation target operating model across four regional markets.
• Run the weekly cadence with markets and document target state, governance and progress.
• Conduct market readiness checks and coordinate internal briefings and training.
• Coordinate the fraud platform proof of concept and rollout, from onboarding and configuration to model tuning and go live, with the vendor's project manager.
• Own programme governance: scope, milestones, dependencies, risks and management updates.
• Act as the client's day to day point of coordination and escalation.

Argyll Scott is hiring an Implementation PMO, Fraud and Card Authorisation, on a contract mission in Singapore.

You will join Argyll Scott as a contract consultant. The mission is with a global payments technology leader, supporting a bank client on a card authorisation operating model and a fraud detection platform rollout across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.

You will run the business side of the programme, its governance, cadence and market readiness, working alongside the bank's card, fraud and risk teams and the platform vendor's delivery team.

What you will do

• Track the rollout of the card authorisation target operating model across four regional markets

What we are looking for

• Exposure to fraud, AML, risk or compliance programmes in a financial institution
• Working knowledge of card products, ideally card authorisation and fraud processes
• Regional stakeholder management across APAC markets
• Clear written updates and confidence with senior stakeholders
• A consulting background, PMP, Agile or SAFe, or experience with machine learning platforms are a plus
