Job summary

Argyll Scott is hiring a Business Project Manager, Cards and Payments, to join our consulting division in Singapore. You will bridge business, operations and technology, driving initiatives from requirements to launch and stabilisation.

Your first mission is secured with a global payments technology leader, delivering strategic initiatives for cards, payments and personal loans for a leading Singapore bank.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management, business implementation, business analysis or change delivery in banking or financial services.
• Delivery experience on cards, payments, personal loans, rewards or digital banking projects.
• Solid grasp of the delivery lifecycle: requirements, UAT, implementation, post go live support.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology.
• Agile and Waterfall experience.
• Knowledge of card management or payment processing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end to end delivery of card, payment and scheme initiatives, including product launches and refreshes
• Manage scope, plans, timelines, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies
• Translate business needs into practical solutions with business and technology teams
• Run business testing: test planning, UAT, defect management and sign-off
• Drive readiness, deployment, post implementation validation and stabilisation
• Report progress to stakeholders and run status meetings and governance

We are building our consulting team and are looking for a Business Project Manager to join us as a consultant, deployed on client missions. Your first mission is already secured: a global payments technology leader, delivering strategic initiatives for the cards, payments and personal loans business of a leading Singapore bank.

You will be the bridge between business, operations and technology, driving initiatives from requirements to launch and stabilisation.
