Job summary
BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead major building developments in Singapore. You will drive delivery across planning, cost, quality, safety and overall construction performance.
The role requires proven PM experience with a main contractor handling large-scale hospitality, commercial or mixed-use projects. A strong leadership and stakeholder-management capability is essential, and the package includes a competitive salary and benefits.
Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related discipline.
- Strong experience delivering large-scale building construction projects.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor.
- Hospitality, Institutional, Commercial or Mixed-Use project experience advantageous.
- Strong construction, leadership, planning and stakeholder management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead building projects from planning through completion.
- Manage programme, resources, cost, quality and safety.
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors and project teams.
- Monitor project risks, milestones and procurement.
- Provide updates and performance reporting to senior management.
