Banen Associates, a leading Japanese A1 Main Contractor, seeks a QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across major residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in Singapore.

You will develop quality plans, coordinate inspections with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with project specifications. The role demands strong QA/QC experience, leadership, and construction knowledge, with opportunities for career growth and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Strong QA/QC experience within building construction projects.
• Main Contractor experience is highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of construction quality standards, inspections, audits and documentation.
• Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage QA/QC activities and quality systems across building construction projects.
• Develop and implement project quality plans, procedures and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing and quality documentation with project teams and subcontractors.
• Conduct quality audits and monitor compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Manage non-conformance, corrective actions, defects and quality-related issues.
• Work closely with consultants, subcontractors and project teams to maintain quality standards.
