BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead major building developments in Singapore. You will drive delivery across planning, cost, quality, safety and overall construction performance.

The role requires proven PM experience with a main contractor handling large-scale hospitality, commercial or mixed-use projects. A strong leadership and stakeholder-management capability is essential, and the package includes a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related discipline.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale building construction projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor.
• Hospitality, Institutional, Commercial or Mixed-Use project experience advantageous.
• Strong construction, leadership, planning and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead building projects from planning and construction through completion.
• Manage programme, resources, cost, quality and overall project performance.
• Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, Construction Managers and project teams.
• Monitor project risks, progress, procurement and key delivery milestones.
• Provide project updates and performance reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, quality and safety requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Building or related discipline.
• Strong experience delivering large-scale building construction projects.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Main Contractor preferred.
