BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Contracts Manager (M&E) to lead commercial and contractual management of M&E / Building Services for large-scale Singapore projects. The role focuses on contracts, cost control, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate holds a QS/engineering degree with strong M&E contract experience, and can drive procurement, variations, and final accounts while managing risks and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong Quantity Surveying and contracts experience in construction.
• Extensive experience managing M&E / building services commercial packages.
• Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and contractual management of M&E / Building Services packages.
• Manage contract administration, budgets, cost control and reporting.
• Administer M&E subcontracts, variations, claims, progress payments and final accounts.
• Oversee procurement, tender evaluation, negotiation and award of M&E subcontract packages.
• Monitor commercial performance and identify risks.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and project teams on commercial matters.
