Job summary
BANEN ASSOCIATES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Engineer to support major building projects in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating day‑to‑day site activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality across healthcare, commercial and mixed-use developments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related construction discipline.
- Strong background in building construction projects.
- Main Contractor background is highly advantageous.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, site operations and coordination.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise day‑to‑day building construction activities on site.
- Monitor site progress, subcontractors and works against the project programme.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and internal project teams.
- Review construction drawings and resolve site or technical issues.
- Ensure works meet required quality, safety and project standards.
- Support site inspections, documentation and progress reporting.
