Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Strong Quantity Surveying/Contracts experience in building construction.
• Experience on Healthcare, Commercial, Data Centers or major developments advantageous.
• Main Contractor experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, variations, claims, cost control, subcontract management.
• Good knowledge of Singapore construction contracts and commercial practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and contractual management across major building construction projects.
• Manage contract administration, project budgets, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
• Administer main contracts and subcontracts, including variations, claims and final accounts.
• Manage procurement, tender evaluation, negotiation and award of subcontract packages.
• Monitor project commercial performance and identify contractual and financial risks.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams on contractual matters.
• Lead and provide guidance to Quantity Surveyors and commercial team members.
