Job summary

Jeppesen ForeFlight is seeking a customer-facing Senior Project Manager in Singapore to lead multiple software implementation projects across the Asia Pacific region. The role involves Agile coaching, risk management, and ongoing stakeholder communication, with travel between offices and customer sites.

The position is hybrid, requiring onsite work at one of the listed locations at the hiring team’s discretion.

Qualifications

5+ years of external customer project management experience (8+ for senior candidates).
Experience managing complex software implementation projects.
Proficiency in Scrum/Agile methodologies with enterprise-level application development.
Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage customer software implementation projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Act as Scrum Master for project teams and coach on Agile principles.
Collaborate across departments, vendors, and partners for successful implementation.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues to maintain progress.
Monitor project scope and manage changes for proper billing.
Communicate project updates and expectations to stakeholders.
