Job summary

TP Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager to join our global Program Management team from our MRO site in Singapore. You will oversee a portfolio of airline and MRO programs across APAC, acting as the main customer contact to ensure contractual compliance, profitability, and satisfaction.

You will lead implementations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement while traveling across APAC as needed in a dynamic aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in aviation, business, logistics, engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aviation, aerospace, airlines, MRO, OEM, or related industries.
• Experience in account management, customer support or program management within aviation.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Quantum Control is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP, CRM and BI systems; able to analyze data for decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a portfolio of airline and MRO customer programs across APAC.
• Act as the primary customer contact, ensuring contractual compliance and profitability.
• Lead program implementations, transitions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build customer relationships and identify opportunities for growth and service delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor program performance and provide commercial and operational insights.
• Represent TP Aerospace during customer visits, business reviews and events.
