Job summary

Jet Aviation (Asia Pacific) Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned Customer Projects Manager to own aircraft maintenance projects from kick-off to release. You will coordinate planning, engineering, production, supply chain, finance, and operations to deliver projects safely, on time, and to required quality and commercial expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant functional area or equivalent aviation experience
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in aviation, preferably in an MRO or aircraft maintenance environment
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of aviation operations
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure with tight deadlines
• Proactive, hands-on approach with ownership and accountability
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to build trusted relationships
• Good business and financial acumen with understanding of project costs, margins, budgets, and performance
• Proficiency with MS Office; SAP, CMP, and CAMP would be an advantage
• PMP certification or PRINCE2 is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned maintenance projects from planning through to successful closure
• Review initial work scope with the Project Specialist/Planner and establish execution strategy
• Lead customer input meetings to confirm the agreed work scope
• Develop and maintain project GANTT charts, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Monitor progress, hours vs. budget, financial performance, risks and opportunities
• Identify defects, scope changes, and additional work, and quote to the customer
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to price parts and manage supply risks
• Open and manage work orders in SAP as required
• Provide regular status updates to customers and management
• Coordinate billing activities and ensure contractual compliance
• Ensure all aircraft documentation is completed for release to service
• Ensure regulatory requirements are incorporated throughout the project
• Support the successful release of the aircraft to service and financial readiness
