Job summary

Jet Aviation Singapore is seeking a Customer Projects Manager to own aircraft maintenance projects from kickoff to release. You will coordinate planning, engineering, production, supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure on-time delivery at the defined quality and commercial standards.

The role demands strong aviation knowledge, customer-centric mindset, and excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced MRO environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading aircraft maintenance projects.
Strong customer-service mindset and ability to build trusted relationships.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.
Proficient in project planning, scheduling and cost tracking.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of assigned maintenance projects from planning through closure.
Review scope with Project Specialist/Planner and establish execution strategy.
Lead customer input meetings to confirm work scope.
Develop and maintain project GANTT charts, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Monitor progress, hours vs budget, financial performance, risks, and payments.
Coordinate with Supply Chain Management to manage parts pricing and risks.
Open and manage work orders in SAP as required.
Provide regular status updates to customers and management.
Ensure all required aircraft documentation for release to service is completed.
Support continuous improvement and timely resolution of issues.
