Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in smoke control, fire alarms, HVAC, or building automation.
• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Deep understanding of local Singapore regulations and WSH standards.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD and BIM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project lifecycle from scope definition to final handover, ensuring deliverables meet specifications.
• Manage procurement activities and monitor budgets to maintain margins.

Key Scope:
