Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection / M&E / Construction.
• Experience managing projects and site teams in Singapore.
• Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• AutoCAD and Microsoft Office knowledge will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with main contractors, consultants and owners on project requirements.
• Handle material submissions, design reviews and progress claims.
• Plan site installation works, worker deployment and material requisitions.
• Lead, organize and motivate the site team to meet project targets.
• Identify and manage project risks and resolve site issues.
• Monitor project costing, budgeting and resource planning.
• Prepare site progress reports and necessary project documentation.
• Oversee project schedule, manpower, materials, cost and site progress.
• Attend site meetings and resolve technical/site issues.
• Prepare progress reports, claims, variations and project documentation.
• Ensure works comply with project specifications, safety requirements and relevant Singapore standards.

About the Role
