Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 18 years of industry experience with 10+ years in project management for local projects.
• Strong technical acumen and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of project management capabilities and analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Manage day-to-day on-site operations and workforce oversight.
• Ensure smooth implementation of project plans and monitor progress.
• Supervise workers and sub-contractors to meet the schedule and quality standards.
• Plan, assess, and implement comprehensive project safety and ISO quality systems.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to clarify requirements and lifecycle management.
• Prepare site progress reports, documentation, and participate in daily site meetings.
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the project team and facilitate their ability to complete projects on time and within scope.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of projects and on-site works.
• Ensure the smooth implementation of project plans and continuously monitor work progress.
• Supervise workers and sub-contractors to ensure all works are carried out according to the project schedule and meet stringent quality standards.
• Take charge of the planning, assessment, and implementation of comprehensive project safety systems and ISO quality systems.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients and consultants to clarify requirements; plan, monitor, and control the project through its entire lifecycle.
• Prepare accurate site progress reports, manage necessary documentation, and actively participate in daily site meetings.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve site issues effectively and efficiently.

Key Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum of 18 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 10 years of dedicated project management experience handling local projects.
• Strong technical acumen paired with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter possessing strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently within a challenging and fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record of excellent project management capabilities and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
