You will guide project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance, profitability, and efficient operations while maintaining strong relationships with developers, architects, and authorities.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 6-8 years in smoke control, fire alarms, HVAC, or building automation.
• Regulatory knowledge: strong understanding of local Singapore rules and safety standards (WSH).
• Soft skills: leadership and ability to manage multiple complex projects with diverse teams.
• Technical literacy: proficient in MS Office; basic AutoCAD and BIM knowledge for reviewing docs.

Responsibilities

• Strategic execution from scope definition to handover with contractual and technical compliance.
• Financial and P&L management including procurement and budget monitoring.
• Timeline and milestone tracking with risk identification and corrective actions.
• Leadership and mentorship for project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Stakeholder management with developers, architects, and government authorities.
