Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver complex community infrastructure.
• Strong ability to coordinate with advisers, grassroots leaders, and multiple partners.
• Proven track record in governance, scheduling, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Lead review and coordination of building, common space, and interior design with stakeholders.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams from design through completion and handover.
• Provide strategic direction to consultants across PM, architectural, civil & structural, M&E, and other disciplines.
• Oversee funding approvals and maintain strategic oversight of project status for reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on design briefs and procure consultants & contractors.
• Identify risks (delays, overruns) and implement mitigation; manage budgets and variations.
• Oversee project closure, document handover, and audit-ready archives.
• Mentor project managers to build capability and delivery excellence.
