Job summary

Kerry Consulting is recruiting a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead and deliver a growing APAC portfolio of commercial interior projects. Based in Singapore, you will drive from pre-construction through to completion, coordinating with Design, Operations and Sales to meet programme, budget and design intent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in commercial/retail/hospitality projects.
• Experience delivering projects from concept to completion.
• M&E, engineering or cost management background advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and procurement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Ensure delivery against programme, budget and design expectations.
• Coordinate with Design, Operations, Sales and regional/global stakeholders.
• Manage contractor and consultant relationships; support budgeting and procurement.
