Kerry Consulting is recruiting a Senior Manager, Project Management to lead and deliver a growing APAC portfolio of commercial interior projects. Based in Singapore, you will drive from pre-construction through to completion, coordinating with Design, Operations and Sales to meet programme, budget and design intent.

Senior Manager, Project Management, APAC (Real Estate)

A premium flexible workspace operator is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Project Management to support the delivery of its growing portfolio of commercial interior projects across APAC.

Responsibilities

Based in Singapore and reporting to the Head of Department, the role will take ownership of construction and fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring delivery against programme, budget and design expectations. Working closely with Design, Operations, Sales and other regional and global stakeholders, you will strengthen project management processes and bring greater structure and consistency to regional delivery. The role will manage contractor and consultant relationships, challenge costs and proposed solutions where required, and support budgeting, procurement and commercial negotiations.

Requirements

You possess at least 8 years of project management experience within commercial / retail / hospitality projects, with projects delivered from concept to completion. An M&E, engineering or cost management background would be particularly relevant, alongside strong commercial and procurement capabilities. The successful candidate will be structured, hands-on and independent, with sound judgement, strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to challenge contractors and solve problems under pressure.
