Job summary

WORKINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer / Project Manager (Construction) to lead interior fit-out projects from pre-construction through handover.

You will manage planning, site execution, cost and schedule control, quality and safety, and client coordination for fast-paced projects such as cleanrooms. The role requires 3–5 years of construction experience and proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, manpower, and work programs.
• Coordinate construction activities from mobilization to handover.
• Ensure projects meet time, cost, quality, and safety requirements.
• Lead client, consultant, and subcontractor coordination and progress reporting.
• Monitor costs, procurement, variations, and payments with the commercial team.
• Manage procurement and subcontractor coordination and close-out.
