Reporting to the Managing Director and leading a team, you will originate and evaluate opportunities, develop market entry and exit strategies, and drive end-to-end transactions to shape the data centre portfolio's future.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with a track record of successful transactions in data centres.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead investment and growth activities across Asia Pacific for the data centre portfolio.
• Originate and evaluate opportunities, develop market entry and exit strategies, assess key data centre drivers.
• Lead end-to-end transactions and actively shape the future growth of the portfolio.
