Job summary

Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Workplace Consulting & Project Management to lead office fit-out and workplace projects from brief through handover.

You will coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, manage budgets and risks, and guide client relationships to deliver successful real estate initiatives. The role emphasizes strong programme, cost, risk and stakeholder management, with responsibility for delivering projects on time,

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in project management, workplace, office fit-out, construction or corporate real estate.
• Experience managing office fit-out or workplace projects through multiple stages of delivery.
• Sound understanding of design, procurement and construction processes.
• Strong skills in programme, cost, risk and stakeholder management.
• Confident in leading client and project meetings and communicating complex matters clearly.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and escalating matters when needed.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage project scope and resources responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from brief to handover.
• Clarify client requirements, objectives, success measures and governance.
• Develop and manage the master programme, coordinating key activities and dependencies.
• Coordinate designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, landlords and client stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings, record decisions and actions, and maintain clear communication.
• Monitor implementation, progress, quality and risks.
• Coordinate handover, defects management, closeout and transfer of project information.
• Plan and coordinate tender and procurement activities, including documentation and evaluations.
• Support contractor appointment and mobilisation.
• Monitor budgets, costs, variations and commercial risks.
• Track scope, fee, resourcing and invoicing milestones.
• Identify potential scope changes or additional services and raise them appropriately.
• Maintain programme, cost, risk, issue and decision records.
• Provide timely updates and clear recommendations to clients.
• Escalate material issues promptly and support decision-making.
