Job summary

Talent Trader Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial interior fit-out projects in Singapore. You will plan, coordinate, and drive on-site works, ensure schedules are met, and coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors to deliver on time and to spec.

You should hold a diploma or degree in Architecture, Building, or Project Management, have 3–5 years of fit-out experience, and be self-motivated with strong communication skills to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Building, Project Management or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in fit-out and corporate office interior projects.
• Ability to manage on-site works and coordinate with sales teams, clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Develop and manage project schedules to ensure on-time completion.
• Attend regular site meetings and inspections.
• Monitor projects to ensure compliance with specifications, quality, budget, and delivery timelines.
• Report project progress and take corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with design teams, clients, and contractors for timely handover.
