Job summary

NCS Singapore is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives, aligning delivery with strategic objectives while driving excellence in execution. You will develop plans, budgets, and schedules, identify risks, manage stakeholders, and steer cross-functional teams to ensure projects finish on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior management capacity.
• Experience managing complex, multi-million dollar projects with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in PM methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2).
• Budget management, resource planning, and cost control.
• Strong risk management and mitigation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of large-scale projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while identifying and mitigating risks.
• Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates and strategic recommendations.
• Direct cross-functional teams and foster a collaborative environment.
• Monitor project performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices in PM methodologies and tools.
• Manage project scope, changes, and conflicts to maintain project integrity.
• Prepare and present executive-level reports and dashboards to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
