Tengah General and Community Hospital, part of National University Health System (NUHS), is constructing a new health campus and invites a Senior Manager, Project Management to drive planning, coordination with consultants, and alignment with regulatory requirements for timely delivery of hospital infrastructure.

The role requires leading design reviews, coordinating with MOM, MOH, SCDF and other authorities, and ensuring safety, readiness and operational readiness for day one operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, civil/structural/electrical/mechanical engineering or related to the building industry.
• At least 8 years of relevant work experience, ideally with Fire Safety certification (SCDF registered).
• Healthcare background preferred and MOM-registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer preferred.
• Strong understanding of building codes, fire safety systems, WSH standards and emergency preparedness frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and track project requirements with multiple stakeholders to meet the overall project timeline.
• Guide users in planning hospital design, coordinating with facilities maintenance and upgrades.
• Ensure user requirements are captured and approvals obtained at design, construction and post-construction stages.
• Coordinate with authorities (MOM, MOH, SCDF) and other stakeholders during construction and readiness phases.
• Review designs for regulatory compliance and operational needs; represent TGCH in reviews and workshops.
• Develop safety, compliance and readiness frameworks to support commissioning and day-one operations.
• Maintain documentation and ensure licensing, commissioning and readiness requirements are addressed.
