Job summary

National University Health System (NUHS) invites applications for Senior Executive, Clinical Operations at Tengah General and Community Hospital. You will contribute to clinical service planning, infrastructure development, and resourcing planning, helping to optimize patient journeys and expand access to care.

Working with clinicians and stakeholders, you will help design clinical workflows, coordinate workshops, and develop business cases to support infrastructure growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in clinical operations and inpatient healthcare operations.
• Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Leadership qualities to motivate and nurture the team to meet operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist to provide inpatient and operations input during user engagement workshops and hospital planning, optimizing patient journeys.
• Work alongside clinicians and other stakeholders to plan clinical workflows and healthcare IT systems.
• Assist discussions for road-mapping Tengah General and Community Hospital development in clinical service planning and resourcing.
• Collaborate with consultants and internal stakeholders to develop service flow design and planning parameters.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate meetings to understand project requirements and test models virtually and physically.
• Prepare business cases to seek approvals for infrastructure growth and funding.
