Job summary

National University Health System invites applications for an Executive, Clinical Operations at Tengah Community and General Hospital. You will play a pivotal role in clinical service planning, infrastructure development and resourcing planning to optimize patient journeys and expand access to care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; more experienced candidates may be considered for Senior Executive.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist user engagement workshops to input design planning and optimize patient journeys.
• Support road-mapping Tengah Hospital development across clinical service planning, infrastructure development and resourcing planning.
• Collaborate with consultants, medical planners, and stakeholders to develop service flow design aligned with project strategy.
• Facilitate workshops and coordinate meetings to understand project requirements and test models.
• Develop end-user briefs, operations requirements, guidelines, and work processes; organize workshops to gather requirements.
• Prepare business cases to seek approvals for infrastructure growth and funding.
• Track progress across work streams and escalate concerns promptly to management.
• Prepare periodic reports for the Tengah Hospital Committee on project progress.
• Organize and lead activities in relation to Tengah Hospital development.
• Coordinate meetings, book venues, collate agenda, minutes, and arrange catering; maintain filing system.
• Raise procurement and payment requests as required.
• Handle other projects/tasks assigned by the Reporting Officer.
