Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related built environment discipline with at least 3 years of experience.
• Healthcare background preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop practical recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across diverse groups.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments, exercising sound judgment, and managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Adaptable, organized, and collaborative, with the ability to thrive in dynamic, multidisciplinary teams.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and strategic planning capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and guide the Hospital in infrastructural development for Campus Redevelopment.
• Plan, lead, organize and coordinate User Workgroup sessions and workshops.
• Collaborate with Consultants to develop design options and arrive at solutions.
• Ensure deadlines are met and signoffs obtained before space handover.
• Review Design Proposals for design, operational and technical alignment and budget.
• Maintain clear communication between users and consultants and document requirements.
• Coordinate with Consultants and MOHH on defect lists and rectification.
• Keep abreast of healthcare planning topics to guide hospital development.
• Support campus planning team with various assignments.
