Job summary

National University Health System is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management for the Tengah General and Community Hospital project. You will lead planning, coordinate with consultants and authorities, and ensure timely delivery of hospital facilities and infrastructure.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of building codes, fire safety systems and emergency readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience; SCDF fire safety certification preferred.
• Healthcare project experience preferred.
• MOM-registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and coordination with stakeholders and consultants to meet project timelines.
• Guide users in planning hospital facilities, coordinating design, construction and post-construction activities.
• Ensure documentation, sign-offs, and approvals are obtained at each milestone phase.
• Coordinate with authorities (MOM, MOH, MOHH, SCDF) on safety and compliance matters.
• Review designs for regulatory compliance and operational readiness; support licensing and commissioning.
