Qualifications

• 20+ years of experience delivering large-scale capital projects.
• Senior project controls leadership on projects US$1B+ in TIC.
• Singapore experience in project controls leadership (5+ years).
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 60% and relocate to Singapore for the duration of execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project controls activities including cost estimating, cost control, scheduling, risk management, progress reporting.
• Develop and maintain Basis of Estimate (BoE) and cost control systems; manage cash flow forecasting.
• Support procurement/contract management, tender evaluations, variation management and reporting.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and governance reporting; lead audits and compliance reviews.
• Ensure integration of schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up.
