Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a senior project manager in Singapore to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from planning through handover. You will oversee schedules, budgets, procurement and quality while coordinating consultants, contractors and internal teams.

You’ll bring 12+ years of PM experience, strong leadership, client-facing advisory skills, and a proven track record in value management and lifecycle costing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in construction/project management or related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in project management or construction projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with people management experience.
• Solid client-facing experience with advisory skills for value management and lifecycle costing.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end from planning through handover.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, costs and deliverables.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Oversee design development aligned with requirements and quality standards.
• Manage tendering, procurement activities and contract awards.
• Ensure health, safety, quality and governance compliance.
• Lead project meetings and stakeholder communications with reporting.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Monitor performance to deliver within scope, budget and timeline.
