Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Singapore is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Associate Director to lead corporate fit-out and critical facilities projects. You will manage end-to-end delivery, from planning through handover, with a focus on trading floor and mission-critical environments.

The role requires a degree in a related field, professional certifications, and 10+ years of delivery experience in regulated sectors, strong stakeholder engagement, and proven cost and schedule management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree and professional certifications required.
• 10+ years of project management experience delivering corporate workplace or commercial fit-out projects.
• Experience delivering projects in financial services, banking, capital markets, or similarly regulated environments.
• Strong track record delivering projects in occupied, business-critical environments.
• Experience managing corporate office fit-outs, trading floor projects, workplace relocations, swing space and decanting programmes, phased occupancy, and critical infrastructure upgrades.
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of workplace and capital projects from planning through execution and handover.
• Define project scope, governance, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and delivery plans.
• Manage project teams, consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.
• Provide regular project updates, reporting, and recommendations to senior leadership and governance committees.
• Manage construction and fit-out activities within occupied office environments.
• Develop and execute swing space, decanting, and phased migration strategies.
• Coordinate construction activities to minimise disruption to business operations.
• Plan and manage after-hours, weekend, and critical shutdown works where required.
• Support workplace transition and occupancy planning activities.
