Job summary

Neste in Singapore seeks a Project Controls Manager to lead cost estimating, scheduling, change management and information management for our investment projects. You will guide a multi-disciplinary team and report to the Manager, Project Controls and Support, coordinating with investment project delivery and project execution teams.

The role requires >10 years in project controls, strong governance, and experience with BI tools; English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience (>10 years) within Project Controls disciplines (cost estimation, cost engineering, project planning) and Project Management.
Proven competence in managing project controls for major capital projects.
Experience leveraging BI tools (e.g. Power BI) for project controls reporting and dashboards.

Responsibilities

Development and maintenance of the integrated master control schedule and cost estimate for the entire project.
Validation of cost estimates and schedules prepared by contractors.
Preparation of estimates and schedules for activities beyond contractors’ scope and allocation of contingency.
Development and communication of a fit-for-purpose WBS with inputs from stakeholders.
Implementation of an owner project control plan for accurate measurement and reporting.
