Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an accomplished CQV Manager to lead commissioning, qualification, and startup activities for large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing projects in Singapore. You will direct a multidisciplinary team, develop strategies, and ensure GMP and regulatory compliance across process, utilities, and automation systems.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of CQV leadership on greenfield projects, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to relocate for duration of project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or life sciences required.
• 15+ years CQV experience on large-scale pharmaceutical projects.
• Experience in Singapore pharma projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop CQV strategies and master plans.
• Lead commissioning, qualification, and startup activities.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Operations.
• Mentor CQV team and manage external contractors.
