Job summary

AMEC Foster Wheeler Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned Project Controls professional. You will own cost and schedule reporting, maintain WBS and control structures, and support earned value analysis across multiple project milestones.

Responsibilities include coordination with clients and contractors, change management, and timely reporting of project status. A strong background in MS Project/Primavera and advanced Excel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business discipline.
• Minimum six years in project control roles, with four years in similar positions.
• Advanced MS Project/Primavera skills and strong Excel proficiency.
• Knowledge of contracts, commercial and project management.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point with client and contractors to ensure accurate cost and progress reporting.
• Report planned vs actual progress figures and monitor milestone impact.
• Maintain WBS and cost/planning control structures aligned to the project.
• Prepare and update Gantt charts, S-curves, and histograms as required.
• Manage change orders, budgets, and risk across the project lifecycle.
• Support earned value progress measurement and reporting to stakeholders.
• Coordinate progress meetings and input CTR/proposal schedules.
