Job summary

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction, proficiency in MS Project and Primavera P6, strong communication, and a teamwork mindset. West Area Singapore location with exposure to major civil works.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in the construction industry.
• Proficient in planning software (MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with proactive approach.
• LTA experience preferred.
• Work location: West Area, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project controls and expenditures.
• Lead planners in WBS, schedules, manpower, histograms, milestones.
• Develop corrective actions and forecast progress trends.
• Attend coordination meetings with subcontractors/suppliers.
• Flag potential delays to PM/PD and advise actions.
• Benchmark status against baseline and critical path.
• Set planning targets and allocate resources for catch-up.
• Provide clear metrics for stakeholder accountability.
• Track changes and assess impact on cost and timeline.
• Define KPIs to monitor health and forecast trends.
• Manage project risks and contingency plans.
• Prepare documentation and updates for senior management.
• Use Primavera to maintain project delivery schedule.
