Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Planning/Scheduling professional in Singapore to develop and manage project programmes using Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will baseline contracts, monitor progress and delays, and support EOT submissions.

You will lead critical path analyses, prepare KPIs and reports, and develop recovery plans while advising management on project controls and schedule performance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of planning/scheduling experience in construction.
• Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, critical path, delay analysis, and EOT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Prepare baseline, contract, construction, and commissioning programmes.
• Monitor project progress, delays, productivity, and schedule performance.
• Lead EOT claims, delay analysis, and related submissions.
• Prepare progress reports, S-curves, KPIs, and schedule audits.
• Develop recovery programmes and support claims/dispute matters.
• Provide planning and project controls advice to management and stakeholders.
